Where can I get a gift card?
CLICK HERE to purchase a Pete's Market gift card online or visit any Pete’s Market location. In-store purchases may be made at any checkout lane with cash, credit, or debit. When you purchase a gift card in-store, you may choose any denomination starting at $5.
What $ denominations are available?
Pete’s Market gift cards can be purchased via cash, credit, or debit in any denomination from $25 to $500 online. If you would like to purchase a different amount, please call us at 773-733-7332 or contact customerservice@petesfresh.com.
Can I use my gift card at any Pete’s?
You can use your Pete’s Market gift card at any one of our locations.
Does my gift card expire?
No. The Pete’s Market gift card does not expire.
What happens if I lose my gift card?
Unfortunately, lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
How can I check my card balance?
You can check your card balance one of 3 ways:
1. Call 800-803-1222
2. Visit www.balance.worldpay.us
3. Ask any cashier to check the card balance by swiping the gift card at the register
What if I don’t have enough money left on my gift card to pay for my entire cart?
No problem! You can use the gift card for partial payment and then pay the difference with cash, credit, debit, or personal check.
Can I add more funds onto my gift card?
Absolutely! In fact, we encourage reloading your gift card.
What if I don’t live near the Chicagoland area, and I want to buy a gift card for someone who loves Pete’s Market?

Can I use a Pete’s Market gift card for anything in the store?
Unfortunately, Pete’s Market gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or to pay for catering online.

Pete’s Market gift cards are issued by WorldPay US, Inc. and may be used for the purchase of merchandise at any Pete’s Market. Pete’s Market gift cards have no fees for nonuse and do not have an expiration date. Pete’s Market gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Pete’s Market gift cards are not for resale, not redeemable for cash or credit, and cannot be returned for a cash or credit refund.
